This campaign was to run an event aimed at CTOs and CIOs of companies with numerous branch offices to introduce Riverbed’s SteelHead Series. Their product optimises network performance while maintaining security across branch offices.
Branch offices, often remote and difficult for IT to manage, needed solutions that were not just robust in terms of data protection and productivity, but also agile and resilient. The goal was to communicate to these CTOs and CIOs how our client’s solutions could revolutionize their branch IT experience.
The materials we produced for this event campaign included:
- A series of invitation eDMs, localized for three ASEAN countries. Since it needed to be loaded into the client’s Eloqua system, we made sure to code the HTML and CSS for cross-browser compatibility
- Development of an event registration landing page, complete with a registration form. We used Unbounce.com for this, since it’s allowed me to build the landing page and forms quickly, while allowing AB testing of page variations to maximise conversion
- Finally, all event registrants were automatically sent to the client via email, streamlining the process and keeping everything organised
